Workshop Description:

During these uncertain times many of us are finding ourselves redesigning our daily routines- reimagining what meaningful engagements look like and managing our energy and time effectively. This workshop will introduce Energy Mapping, a tool used to gain awareness of our own energy levels, and help us make decisions about how to organize time to optimize our energy. (Please bring a pen or pencil and a piece of paper to this workshop)
