  • Gaby Colletta is a yoga and meditation instructor based in Northern California. The foundation of Gaby’s teachings grew from a winding path of experiences. She graduated from New York University with a deep curiosity for understanding the inner workings of the human mind and landed a career in advertising. After several years of witnessing the insatiable patterns of modern society, she was called to leave her corporate job in pursuit of finding ways to reveal the existing happiness that resides within each heart. This shift led her down the road of the Eastern wisdom traditions, including Yoga and Ayurveda. Her teachings are steeped in over 10 years of practice and study of Vedic sciences as well as Tibetan Buddhism, Tantra and somatic psychology. Gaby is also a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, guides monthly womxn’s circles, facilitates teacher trainings in Costa Rica and leads intentional wellness retreats worldwide. Off the mat, you can find her in the mountains rock climbing, witching up herbal remedies, or sipping tea with a stranger in a far corner of the world.
