The Art of Attunement and Deep Listening
In today's fast-paced and multi-tasking world the art of deep listening has largely been lost. We have become habituated to toggling between apps and screens and our ability to connect with others and offer our full attention has suffered. This has reshaped the way the we relate to one another and has negatively impacted our ability to form authentic and trusting connections. This 75 minute workshop is experiential in nature and teaches listeners how to drop their distractions and inner dialogue in order to fully attune and deeply listen to the speakers We will also experiment with the practice of reflection, where the listeners offer speakers feedback in a format that honors and prioritizes the speakers innate wisdom. This can be a very eye opening experience where you will feel the inner magic that is created when we are fully attuned to and received. This workshop will positively impact the way you show up in your relationships with others.

Dee Yergo was born and raised in New York City except for two amazing years living in the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, where she deepened her relationship to the natural world. Dee is a transformation retreat and self-development program facilitator, women’s empowerment coach and yoga/meditation/embodiment teacher. Her journey in the work of holding space and supporting others began as a result of losing her first husband at age 32 and raising her three sons alone. Dee encourages her students to leverage the challenges they face in their own lives to cultivate the tools that will serve them in living authentically and emotionally fulfilled. Her offerings can be described as a generous dose of classic wisdom offered in the form of simple and actionable daily practices that bring forth a sense of lasting happiness and well-being. Her passion is witnessing her client’s self-development journeys and watching them emerge as confident, sovereign and powerful beings. In her free time, you can find Dee hiking in the mountains, spending time with her big family, and practicing gratitude-especially toward the brilliant teachers that have shaped her path.
